Buffet City in Benton

Definitely has gotten a lot better. Cleaner, and fresh hot food. There was only 1 item that seemed a little over done. Very pleased and will start to come back more often if it stays this way. The reason for only 4 stars is the bathroom needed cleaning.

Absolutely the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Then get charged $14 and change. DON'T EAT HERE!! And on a Saturday afternoon

Been going here for years. Literally dozens if not hundreds of times. Never once had a bad experience. I'd say that's a pretty high average. One of the most consistent restaurants in Benton. Thanks Buffet City!

I'm going to give this place a good five stars. I think this is one of the last good remaining Chinese Buffets that the central and surrounding areas of AR has left. Anytime I want Chinese food this exactly the same buffet that I go to for probably over 10 years and the rest are all closed. I will drive that distance for some good soup, buffet, and SUSHI!!! Yes, they have SUSHI!! All of my needs are met! They listen to customers and I have never, ever had anyone in that restraunt be rude to me. This place I know is a local treasure and favorite. Thank you and please don't ever leave us!! 😘♥️

The rice was under cooked, food was cold, just not worth going back.

Does a great job having a variety of food options so it's a plus for me. Plus the staff is always on standby if you need a refill or something similar. But it really depends on where you sit though.

This buffet was disgusting. Sorry but I had to say it. I can already feel my stomach regretting it.

We went 8/30 about 6pm...The meats were hard as a rock like they had been sitting in the hot plates all day long. The white rice was cold, brown, and stuck together. My child asked for a medium rare steak which they pretty much burnt. The cucumbers were so bitter. Other raw vegetables were slimy. The sushi was warm and falling apart. Several of the plates and bowls were dirty. Every single spoon in the bin next to the ice cream looked like they had not been washed. I told the waitress 3x but I don't think she understood. I took her to the bin and showed her the spoons. She literally removed one rack of spoons and left the other dirty spoons in the bin. So nasty. Plus, there were gnats everywhere. The last four times I've taken my family here around 6-7 o'clock for supper it was just horrible!

Food was great! Hot and fresh. Staff was good. Our waitress was very polite and helped with my 8mo old (brought us wet naps and pulled her up when she slid in her high chair and I hadn't caught it yet)

I was surprised at the quality and variety! I went about 2pm when most buffets have only scraps that have been sitting in the warmers for hours. Everything I tried was delicious and almost everything tasted fresh despite the odd hour. They had a better selection and quality than most Oriental buffets I've tried, and I was impressed by the low price!

Save your money. Spent over $100 and 4 people in my party including myself threw up our entire meal. The manager still insisted on the food being good and fresh. Food was cold, tasted old, the ice cream tasted like it's been expired for 3 months. Manager was very rude when my brother decided to speak to him about our experience. We will not be back ever.

One of my favorite buffet places to eat, very good selection of Asian foods. Shrimp and crab cooked many different ways. Frog legs and ribs on weekends.

I go here a lot. Earlier the better as with all buffets the long the food sits the poor the quality. But they do a great job of keeping the trays full and clean. They are always busy which says a lot.

Very tasty & a good price for such a large buffet. Waitresses did a good job on refilling our drinks.

Been eating here regularly with my family since it opened, and love the variety of fresh dishes. Lots of seafood favorites but plenty of chicken, pork and beef favs too, all perfectly prepared and hot. Highly recommend.

Personally, I have visited this restaurant several times ago, many years ago and I like it, but on this last visit I saw the quality of the food is not very good, and most of the food contains a lot of salt, so I was disappointed, but I understand the taste of some diners for the salty. the service was very good and the workers very friendly

Found a hair in our shrimp! Other than that the food was ok, and they had a lot of foods to choose from. Picture is after I pulled it off of the shrimp.

Buffet City is my favorite place to eat!

I had a superb at this spot. We loved the fantastic atmosphere and the meals. The staff were super personal. I’m happy we finally managed to visit here.

Need to clean the place up a little on the inside. Dont fry the chicken so long our orange chicken was like bits of leather.
